We continue serialization of Empowered vol. 12, which proved to be the final volume of the series in this specific graphic-novel format, though I was unaware of that unfortunate reality when I started work on the book.

Next week on the webcomic serialization, this interlude wraps up quickly, but I'm not sure what's up next; in my original edit for the book, an incredibly "meta" short story (set on the g-d Titanic, no less) followed this sequence, but I wound up cutting that to save pagecount. Not sure whether or not I'll feature the Titanic riff next week or leave it out entirely... or, possibly, add it on after the volume wraps up a few months from now.
